Do you have a group of moms that want to gather for something completely different?

Contact Carrie for an evening of self-care that includes yoga nidra (a sleep-based meditation), movement, centering & private journaling.  We will be moving, writing, resting, holding silence and experimenting and playing with the creative.

Together we’ll create a supportive circle of women, take a deep breath, get some rest and tune in to our selves.

It’s fitness to clear your mind and a tune up for your soul!
